Abstract

This presentation highlights the importance of the conceptual framework of digital banking as a key tool for understanding the significant changes taking place in the banking sector during the digital revolution. This encompasses the application of digital technology to all facets of banking services, including product and service delivery, internal operations management, data analysis, and customer interaction. Digital transformation in banking requires several key elements to ensure the successful implementation of digital banking. These include developing technological infrastructure, qualifying human resources in digital skills, providing data management and analysis systems, and establishing regulatory and legal frameworks that support cybersecurity and data protection. Furthermore, digital transformation requires a clear institutional strategy that is aligned with the bank’s objectives.
